Fly fishing competition at Kloofzicht  Lodge – 13 July 2014

Winter season is synonymous with fly fishing. And according to those in the know, the colder, the better.  So if you don’t have the means or inclination to set off to Dullstroom, keep it closer to home. Kloofzicht Lodge in Muldersdrift not only has six fly fishing dams which are nicely stocked,  but also a snazzy Spa  for the poor wives who sometimes have to watch the fishing heroes in action.Kloofzicht Hotel

Sundown Adventures, under the expert guidance of Wayne Sinclair, is hosting a fly fishing competition at Kloofzicht Lodge on Sunday 13 July.

A fresh 6h30 start with coffee and rusks gets the day going, with two fly fishing beats next in line. The accuracy and long distance casting competition is followed by a sumptuous Kloofzicht Lodge lunch and prize giving at around 12h30.
