Synergy, Diversification and Growth
Kobus Wiese is passionate about coffee, and believes that passion is the keyword to any success. Pairing Dulcé Café’s continental pride and passion with his own unique brand, born from his encompassing affinity and enthusiasm towards the coffee bean, is a match made in heaven.
Growth and way forward for the Dulce and Wiesenhof brands:
Dulce and Wiesenhof have experienced their biggest growth, in the luxury golf estate market. Together, they have expanded the brand to 6 new and established golf estates. Running all the catering, weddings, restaurants, functions and events has indeed broadened the horizons of all involved. Special menus have been developed, catering to the clientele of the golf estates, which embodies a true upmarket a la carte menu.
Staying with the luxurious upmarket trend of the Golf Estates, the Dulce and Wiesenhof brand has been adapted to fit in smoothly with the Golf Estates corporate identity. This has been part of the success story; the willingness to morph their unique brand into something that is universally compatible to their surroundings.
Hospital sites and office parks are their targeted market, as opposed to shopping malls, and with the Lenmed Group on board, Dulce and Wiesenhof will soon introduce a Halaal menu to their ever growing popular range.

Our latest addition
Dulce Copperleaf are a new brilliant addition to the fold located at the prestigious Copperleaf Golf Estate designed by our very own South African golfing legend; Ernie Els. Copperleaf Cafe will be launching a cocktail menu for Spring with planned cocktail evenings!
Copperleaf Creche is a facility specifically designed with state of the art security and access is managed via a biometric system giving only parents and nominated caregivers access, and complete peace of mind. They offer a babysitting service on a Friday night and Saturday mornings giving tired parents the opportunity to enjoy the cocktail evenings at Dulce Copperleaf or a leisurely breakfast, while their children are in capable hands.
Copperleaf Café is one of the more tranquil settings to sit back and relax, eat and drink. Take in a light lunch while sampling a bottle of one of South Africa’s best wines. Sink your teeth into a delicious pizza while unwinding as the sun goes down. Devour dessert after a satisfying dinner on the piazza under the floodlit trees ending with an aromatic cup of Dulce coffee blend. It’s all good, all day.
You can’t help but soak up the relaxing atmosphere at the Café, which overlooks the golf course and the majestic Magaliesberg.
Keep watching for more awesome updates on the ever growing success of Wiesenhof and Dulce!
