Just a mere 20 minutes away from Centurion Mall and only 25 minutes from Sandton, you will find the breathtaking Copperleaf Golf Estate. Although situated in the heart of Gauteng, the Estate is away from the bustle, and chaos of everyday urban life, with its peaceful, tranquil country setting.


Dulcé, based at the estate, have given new life to this serene setting, with their exciting events, over the past two weeks!

Dads of all ages gathered to celebrate Fathers day, because everyone knows that a way to a man’s heart is through his tummy, and what better way to celebrate than with a scrumptious breakfast buffet! Needless to say, we were fully booked and really excited about the event. Breakfast at Dulce

Breakfast on the day was an absolute hit, and then came the big surprise. All Fathers were treated to a round of golf. This wasn’t played on just any old golf course… Built on land once lived on by Ernie Els’ grandfather, Mr Ernie Vermaak, Copperleaf is now the proud home to South Africa’s first Els Club, and a golf course designed by Ernie Els! Our dads were in golfers’ heaven!

Before we could wipe our eyes, it was lunchtime! Thank goodness for our brilliant team of chefs in the kitchen on the day, Julio, Rocco and Marcio.

Lunch was promptly prepared and served to all the hungry patrons, which once again, proved most successful. Another highlight was of course the raffle which was drawn just after lunch! Congratulations went to lucky father, Mr Louis Hamann, who won the Grand Prize of a Golf lesson with none other than our very own PGA Pro, John Dickson!

If you thought that was exciting, we were also able to launch our long awaited menu, with so many new delightful and decadent items.

Rocco and his team could not contain their excitement, wanting to take our customers on the Dulcé journey. The weekend of the new menu, was a raging success! We were full from open to close, with customers trying out all the new dishes on the menu.

And now for the next step in this awesome journey….

Julio and his team are hoping to see you all on PHUZA FRIDAY on the 4th of July for the Portuguese Phuza, with live entertainment!
It will be held in the bar, and yes kids are allowed to enter the bar that night. So come join us and let us show you how the Portuguese really party.
