Zama joined our Saragossa team in August 2015, she was born and raised in Dundee (Kwazulu Natal) and completed her culinary studies at Isibindi Lodge. Zama is mother to three little ones and when not in the Saragossa kitchen tries to spend as much time as possible with them. She is responsible for the delicious cakes and giraffe cookies served with high tea and can bake the most incredible loafs of bread. Asked what her all-time favourite dish is to prepare, her answer is simple; anything sweet!
